Scheduling Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the need to schedule coaches and reserve ice time prior to the 1-on-1 and small group sessions, we ask that all cancellations or changes in schedule be made at least 24-hours in advance. If any changes or cancellations are made prior to this, there will be no charge. If any cancellations are made within 24-hours, or if the student is a no-show, we will have to charge for the price of the lesson, or deduct one lesson from an existing package.
Pre-Payment Policy:
To reserve an individual (1-on-1) or small group lesson, payment will be required in advance. You can pay in full via cash, credit card or check; or you can submit a credit card for us to retain on file.
Coaching Substitutions:
Due to possible conflicts and unexpected events, coaching assignments are subject to change. Cutting Edge reserves the right to reassign coaches, if necessary, so that the scheduled training can still be provided.
